It all started with kickboxing and small digs at Timmy at the Lakes Region Vale Tude gym in downtown Laconia. Thursday and Saturday morning classes became the new fixation for both to attend. Continuous jokes cracked towards Timmy all led to him going home and grabbing Tau to bring back to the gym to meet Ashley. From there it was a world wind adventure that neither knew (well maybe Ashley) would end in them getting engaged and starting their life together. From exchanging numbers, to a first date comedy show, to cage fights and a 16 hour day in Disney. It’s been nothing but a fun ride and we can’t wait to see what our future holds!

A trip to see family and the ultimate surprise that no one thought could be pulled off (if you know Ashley then that statement makes sense). What started with an entire family outing to visit the Brookgreen Gardens in Myrtle Beach, SC with fun activities for the kids and the zoo on the estate…it slowly turned into the best proposal Ashley could ever wish for. Surrounded by her aunt, uncle, cousin and his two kids…we all walked to the gardens on the estate. Walking up the long entrance path lined with trees with Spanish moss which gave both elegance and beauty, all led to the perfect spot. A gold statue in the background, a small brick patio and wall before it with the Spanish moss hanging from the trees. We decided to get a picture to show the beauty of the garden. A normal picture turned into the proposal Ashley didn’t see coming (surprising, I know). Timothy got down on one knee and in typical Ashley fashion turned away, shrieked and turned back. Timmy asked “Will you marry me?” Filled with excitement I asked him if he was really asking. He said yes. So of course filled with excitement and joy I said “YES”. The best day, with the best people and we can’t wait to celebrate our day in the future with you all!
