Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Please remember that Powell Gardens is roughly an hour from Kansas City. Arrive early to give enough time to be transported to the chapel. Park at the main entrance to Powell Garden, where a trolley will transport you to Powell Garden Chapel.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

This is an unplugged ceremony. Sit and turn off your phones to be fully present with us.
After “We Do”

After the ceremony, the trolley will take you back to the Conservatory to enjoy small bites and drinks until the reception begins. Feel free to wander around the garden and enjoy the space!
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Join us for a cocktail-style reception. Enjoy Hors d'oeuvres, drinks, good company, and maybe a little dancing. Stay a little while or a long while with us for a casual gathering. We are not planning anything fancy, just want to have a good time and celebrate our wedding! We will not be offering a full meal option.
