Guests must RSVP by July 30th, 2026. Late RSVPs will not be accepted.
Select guests will be invited to stay at Camp Udy for the weekend via their invitation. For other guests, please see the "Lodging" tab at the top of the page for hotel recommendations. Additionally, there are wonderful AirBNB's available in the area close to the venue!
All cabins have in-unit air conditioning, electric, and plumbing. Bedsheets will be provided. Please see your invitation for important gear to bring.
Our dress code is "Garden Semi-Formal" attire. If you're looking for some guidance as to what that means, here's a nice description we pulled from a website: "The formality falls somewhere between semi-formal and cocktail, meaning no jeans. Long dresses bring the "formal" in semi-formal, and you'll want to skip the moody colors in favor of light and airy hues, breezy fabrics, and—of course—florals upon florals. For guys, you can't go wrong with a lightweight suit (think linen or cotton) in a soft shade. If you want to play into the floral theme, you can easily do so with a botanical tie or statement shoes."
Ushers will provide shuttle services (via golf-cart) to and from the wedding glen on the property 45 minutes before the ceremony start time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony (late guests will be unable to enter the ceremony -- that would be a huge bummer!)
No. We have an amazing photographer who will capture the best moments of the day, and we will share photos on social media when we receive them! Our onsite security (Ian Thomas) will be in charge of chucking all visible phones into the nearby river.
Yes! The wedding will be held in The Wedding Glen, and the reception will be held in The Commons. It's less than a three minute walk between these two locations.
Due to space constraints, you may only RSVP for guests addressed on your invitation.
Due to space constraints, you may only RSVP for guests listed on your invitation. Please make sure all children are supervised at all times on the property by a parent or guardian.
If you are staying at Camp Udy for the weekend, you are more than welcome to bring your dogs! Dogs must be leashed at all times when exploring the property. Please leave dogs secured in your lodging areas during the wedding ceremony and reception. If you are NOT staying at the campground for the weekend, unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate your dog's plus-one request.
When you arrive at the "welcome" sign, make a left and go down the long gravel driveway, which will lead you to "The Commons." If you are staying off property, ushers will guide you to parking in front of the building. Guests staying at Camp Udy for the weekend may park near their assigned cabin.
We are registered on Zola and Amazon! Click the "Registry" tab at the top of the website to check it out.
For guests with food allergies, please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Unfortunately, no requests regarding food preferences will be accepted (but we promise you everything will be tasty!)
Bottled beer, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
