When planning your flight(s), or alternative transportation, please be cautious of the traffic on the Bay Bridge, as this may impact your commute to/from the train or airport. Traffic is often heaviest on the weekends. There are four hotels located within a 5-minute walk of each other in Kent Narrows (please reference list below or diagram above). The shuttle to the venue will rotate between these locations for pick-up and drop-off. Please reference the 'Schedule' tab for the finalized shuttle schedule.

The online booking link will take you to the hotel's main landing page with the wedding details already put in. From there, select your dates of stay. On the following page, you will see available room types within the wedding block, as well as the discounted rate. The next page allows you to finalize your booking. IF the booking link does NOT work, that means the room block is full. If you still wish to stay at the Holiday Inn, you will have to call the hotel directly to book your reservation at the discounted rate.

BWI is the closest station to Kent Island. It is roughly a 45 minute drive to the hotels. Lyfts and Ubers are available, but please be cautious of traffic on the Bay Bridge.
