Where are we staying?

El dorado Seaside Suites is an all-inclusive resort we will be staying in Puerto Aventuras. It is 15 minutes from the wedding venue. We have a room block of 35 rooms. Please book your stay through this website: https://couples.barefootbridal.com/madelineeric

Transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Fly into the Cancun airport. You can book a shuttle from the airport to El Dorado Seaside Suites using our travel agent. If you have a group of people on the same flight, you can all use the same shuttle and pay a cheaper price. You can also use Cancun Shuttle which is cheaper, and we have used before. It is a safe and reliable option. You just need your arriving and departing flight information to book the shuttle. https://www.cancunairport.com/transportation.html To all of our American friends and family: do not use a taxi or ride share. Please book a shuttle for safety reasons.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

If you book a room through our booking website, we will consider that your RSVP. However, please remember to RSVP through Zola so we know to expect you. :) If you are not planning to attend, please RSVP "no" as soon as possible. We will send out formal invitations after the May 29th booking deadline to those who we know are attending. There will be more details about the wedding and dress code on the formal invitation.

When is the booking deadline?

Answer

The deadline to make a deposit on your room is May 29th, 2025. The total balance for the room will be charged to your card on July 29th, 2025.

How long will Madeline and Eric be in Mexico?

We will probably arrive Sunday 11/9 and depart Monday 11/17.

What is the Dresscode for the wedding?
