As most of our friends and family will be coming from out of town and even from across the country, we have arranged hotel and transportation accommodations for anyone who is interested. Please keep in mind that there will be alcohol served and we highly recommend staying at the hotel if you are planning on drinking during the reception, especially with this falling on Labor Day Weekend! There are two hotel options available for friends and family with the same discounted rates that sit side by side. PLEASE BE AWARE: If you are staying 4+ nights, or arriving on Thursday, please contact the hotel directly for an additional discount not available online. There will be a shuttle/party bus making multiple trips from both hotels to the venue before and after the ceremony/reception. No cars are allowed to be left overnight at the venue. There is parking at the venue along with handicapped parking available close to the entrance as well for those who need a shorter or assisted walk.

September 6, 2020 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm

A shuttle will be running from the hotels to the ceremony, and later that night from the reception back to the hotels. Pick up for the Ceremony will be at approximately 2:40 pm at the COURTYARD BY MARIOTT and pick up to go back to the hotel after the reception (for after party) will be at approximately 9:00 pm.
