The shuttle service (shared) does not require any booking. However, if the suite that you booked offers private service, your confirmation to your Guest Service Manager is necessary within at least 24 hours in advance.
The shuttle service between the airport and the hotel runs every 30 minutes from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and every 60 minutes from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM from the Cancun airport. If you travel through Tulum, then you will need to figure out your own shuttle information.
