We're Getting Married!

The new age-old story - boy meets girl online. After some casual conversation on an ~undisclosed~ dating app, Madison decided to cold call TJ one night after a couple of happy hour margaritas. We talked on the phone and Madison even talked for an entire hour trying to guess TJ's name (what TJ stood for). A week later and we went on a date (2/12/22) at Station One in Harlingen. We talked the night away. Madison ordered a mezcal drink that came in a smoky house which really set a tone. The waitress kept coming back to check on us as we were just sitting and enjoying each other's company for several hours. We enjoyed it so much we didn't want the night to end. TJ suggested we play pool and so we made our way to a dive bar with pool tables. At this point in the evening, Madison's true competitive spirit came out, but that did not scare TJ away. In fact, we have a photo from our first date that someone took, printed and charged TJ $10 for - but it did come in a frame! About 3 weeks later and TJ officially asked Madison to become an item and Madison was already calling Nicole and her mom telling them that she thought he was the one. Boy was she right.
