Once upon a high school, Thomas and Jaclyn both went to Tappan Zee. Thomas was a senior when Jaclyn was a freshman. Despite having several mutual friends, the two never spoke a word to each other. However, Jaclyn does recall two vivid moments where Tom's face was cemented into her mind. Fast Forward to 2013, Tom began working at a start up production company. Fast forward another year to 2014, Jaclyn was graduating college and reached out to Tom for a job opportunity. That job opportunity turned into hours, days, months and ultimately years of sitting side by side, making each other laugh, supporting each other through trials and of course, working. They each recognized their love for the other at different times, but didn't dare speak of it. The universe was working on a grander plan of bringing two wonderful little girls into the world, and for those little girls, their love would wait. Upon finally having the opportunity to realize the other's feelings, the pair was inseparable. Something about being in love with your best friend of four years makes a new relationship feel like home. Their days are still spent working together, but their mornings, nights and weekend are spent in a blissful array of love, parenting and being a family.
