Our wedding will take place on July 19, 2025 at 3pm.
The ceremony and reception will be held at Shay Meadows Ranch and Resort. 1368 Shay Road Big Bear City, CA 92314 https://maps.app.goo.gl/WFiJLpfaYbC844hu8
Our dress code is Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual. Feel free to dress comfortably while keeping in mind the theme and setting. Bring a jacket as it is bound to get colder in the evening.
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for grabbing a drink, grabbing a seat and settling in.
As much as we love and adore all of the children in our lives, we are only able to invite a few immediate family members’ children.
Please refer to your invitation envelope or the RSVP page. If it mentions a plus-one, we’d love to have them! Otherwise, we are keeping the guest list limited to those specifically invited.
Please let us know of any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
There is parking available at Shay Meadows Ranch and Resort. We recommend carpooling or using rideshare services as well.
We would prefer an "unplugged" ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras away until the reception. Our photographer will capture the moments!
The ceremony and the reception will be outdoors with mix of concrete and loose gravel. Please plan your attire accordingly.
Here’s a rough outline of the schedule: Ceremony: 3pm Cocktail hour: 4pm Reception: 5pm Dinner: 6pm Dancing/After-party: 6:30pm
If you’re unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible by updating your RSVP online or contacting us directly.
Since Amanda loves to Country Line Dance, we will be doing two Country line dances and she would love for you to learn it and do it with her.
