Things To Do

These are a few suggestions of places to visit in Columbus. Let us know if you're looking for anything in particular and we'll give you our best recommendations!

Tom & Christian's House

1368 South 4th Street, Columbus, OH 43207

We don't have any official wedding functions happening at the house, but we've been doing a lot of work on it and we're really proud of it. Stop on by and let's have a drink together.

North Market

59 Spruce Street, Columbus, OH 43215
, (614) 463-9664

North Market is a landmark in Columbus. Best for Foodies, but everyone who goes will find something they love. We have so many happy memories here and hope you make some too. Tom also had his first job here after moving to Columbus in 2012. He managed the office upstairs.

The Book Loft of German Village

631 South 3rd Street, Columbus, OH 43206
, (614) 464-1774

Such a unique bookstore. They've got 28+ rooms full of interesting books. It's a landmark in and of itself and if you're an avid reader, you'll lose yourself here for hours on end.

400 W Rich St

400 West Rich Street, Columbus, OH 43215

This is a studio in Franklinton where hundreds of artists create amazing work. Check it out for some colorful Columbus vibes.

Bicentennial Park

233 South Civic Center Drive, Columbus, OH 43215
, (614) 645-3800

A gorgeous place to take a stroll and marvel at the Columbus skyline. Bicentennial Park borders the Scioto River, which is named after the Native American term for deer fur. It used to collect on the river back in the day. As you're exploring, look for all the deer statues along the way. They're a fun, photogenic photo shoot.

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens

1777 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43203
, (614) 715-8000

For the landscape architects and garden lovers out there, the Conservatory has a million plants, flowers, butterflies and Chihuly glass displays.

Pursuit

937 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43201
, (614) 321-7848

Guys, need a suit or other apparel? Our friend Nate owns this place and we know you'll find something you love. Tom is getting his suit from here for the wedding.

Turner's Barber Shop & Shaving Parlor

1249 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43201

Guys, need a haircut? Schedule one here. Tom's been going here for years.

Bake Me Happy

106 East Moler Street, Columbus, OH 43207
, (614) 477-3642

The name says it all. Their coffee and pastries will light up your day. Added bonus: they're 100% gluten free! It's one of Tom and Christian's favorite spots and you can see it from their house!

South Village Grille

197 Thurman Avenue, Columbus, OH 43206
, (614) 826-0491

Delicious restaurant, great staff and dedicated chefs. Try the calamari appetizer and the Marathon Pony cocktail. Soooo good!

Basi Italia

811 Highland Street, Columbus, OH 43215
, (614) 294-7383

Hidden in an ally in Victorian Village, it's a great spot to pop into after exploring the old historic homes in the neighborhood. Happy hour on Saturday afternoon is a particularly nice treat! Sit on the patio, it's gorgeous.

The Table

21 East 5th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201
, (614) 291-4555

Charcuterie and Cocktails are best at this spot. We've shared many date nights, deep conversations and future plan schemes here and we know you'll love it.

Comune

677 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, OH 43206
, (614) 947-1012

Brilliant new vegetarian restaurant. NYC vibe. Low lights. Chill music. And you'll never guess you're not eating meat.

OSU Football

Columbus, OH 43215

For the sportsball lovers. OSU Football is a religion in Columbus. Get your tickets early, because they're bound to sell out, despite the 100k seats in the stadium. Wear scarlet and gray, never blue and gold. Sorry, Michigan.
