Both! The ceremony will be in the outdoor area of the venue as well as the cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors. You will have access to the outdoor area throughout the event.
Sort've! There is no dedicated parking lot for the Carousel House. However, directly across the street there is paid parking (236E E Cabrillo Blvd, Santa Barbara, CA 93101).
