By when should I confirm my attendance?

We kindly advise you to confirm your participation in October.

When and where to arrive?

Answer

We strongly advise that you arrive some days before the celebration to avoid jetlag and get all set up. If you are coming from Europe, you should arrive to Cancun International Airport, there are direct flights from Amsterdam and Brussels. Also, there are good connecting flights from Mexico City, Madrid, Paris, Munich and Frankfurt.

When is the best time to buy my tickets?

Usually, flight tickets tend to be cheaper in September.

Question

Do I need Visa or any other document?

Answer

Mexico doesn't ask visa for most of the countries; however, passport is required. So kindly check that your travel documents are in place as we understand that some passports are taking long to obtain.

Where should I sleep?

Answer

We will have a special rate for staying at Intercontinental Cancun, however you are free to stay at whichever hotel/Airbnb is more convenient for you. Please target the Zona Hotelera of Cancun.
