Shelby and I went to the same middle school but didn't become close until high school. We've laughed together, we've cried together, we've even lived together! With such a beautiful soul, she is my person.

So that thing Shari did to me in 5th grade? Yea I did that same thing to Rana the first day of 6th. Once we found out our parents were from the same country, that was all she wrote! We regularly bonded over curry and pine tarts. Rana currently lives in Richmond, VA where she attends Dental School.

I don't even know where to start with this friend of mine...I honestly don't even know how we're still so close. We weren't overly close in middle school and then she LEFT my high school for another. But after all these years our friendship remains as strong as it ever was. Plainly put, Kesha is just a flat out good person and her presence in my life has been an endless blessing.
