There are several hotel options listen under the Travel tab! If you don't like any of those options, however, we would recommend looking online for something that better fits your needs! The wedding address is listed in the Travel tab, so you can look around the area for accommodations. AirBnb might also be an option if you are traveling with a large group of people!
This depends on several things such as your budget, how many people you are traveling with, and whether or not you'll need a car while you are here. We unfortunately cannot provide transportation to and from the airport, so please factor this into your travel expense. JW Marriott provides free parking and valet for wedding guests, so don't worry about paying for parking the day of!
Of course not! Your love and support is a gift on its own! Just seeing your smiling face on one of the biggest days of our lives will be enough! Please do not feel obligated to purchase anything! We will have a card box at the reception if you'd like to write us a nice note or well wishes for our future!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, make sure you input their information when you RSVP and be sure that they are over the age of 18 at the time of the wedding. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Children under the age of 18 years old will not be allowed to attend. This will be an adults-only affair. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
Yes! We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Bright summer-time colors are encouraged. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. Keep in mind that we will be dancing all night long!
Please RSVP by April 3rd at the latest by using the RSVP tab once it becomes available. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. Also, if you can't make it for any reason, don't feel bad! Just notify us as soon as you can!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30PM, so please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The venue offers complimentary valet and self-parking for all wedding guests! Specific directions for finding the ceremony spot will be announced at a later date.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you! Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during cocktail hour and the reception and don't forget to share them with us!
Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - don't forget your ID! For this reason, we encourage you to Uber/Lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Water will be provided during both and there will be plenty of shade. We know it's hot, so don't feel bad if you need to step away for a moment to cool down! The reception will be held indoors only steps away from the ceremony site!
