We are eagerly awaiting your RSVP! Please let us know whether you can make it by submitting your response on this website. We politely ask that you RSVP by the deadline so we can properly support the appropriate amount of guests. We understand if you cannot make it, but please still RSVP so we make sure everyone is accounted for. Thank you!
Because the Ceremony & Reception are outdoors and in the beautiful forest, there is a lack of cell reception. Please schedule your Uber or Lyft ride ahead of time to avoid complications. Guests can drive and park their vehicle in the Visitor's Center Parking Lot.
Our wedding will be held outdoors in the beautiful forest of Flagstaff, Arizona. The average temperature late-August ranges from a low of 50 degrees to a high of 80 degrees. Heaters will be provided, but it is suggested to bring a sweater or jacket for the evening.
Because this is such a special day to us, we kindly ask that everyone come in formal or cocktail wedding attire. We suggest that men wear a jacket and a tie or a traditional suit, and women wear a nice dress or pantsuit. Let's get dressed up! The flooring during the reception will be turf, so any shoe should be appropriate as long as you are comfortable!
Although we would love to have everyone there to celebrate our big day, we kindly ask that only those who have been notified bring a Plus One or their children. Thank you for understanding!
Our wedding reception will be catered by one of our favorite local restaurants, Fat Olives. There will be an array of pasta, bread, and salad. Fat Olives will be providing Vegan options. Please reach out to either Thomas or Sophia if you have any serious allergies or dietary restrictions.
There WILL be an open bar! Please bring cash to tip our lovely bartenders if you wish and PLEASE plan out your transportation if you are choosing to drink. Thank you!
Although we greatly appreciate any gift we are given, there is no gift like your presence! If you choose to get us a gift, we will gratefully accept the gift at the wedding or through our registry that can be found on our website. Thank you!
The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm. It is best to arrive at least 30 minutes early to find parking & seating and mingle.
Because our big day is on a holiday weekend, please plan your travel accordingly. Traffic may be heavy the Friday before and the Monday (Labor Day) after. If you plan on spending more time in the beautiful city of Flagstaff, it is best to plan out your lodging as early as possible. Hotel information can be found on our wedding website. Although the wedding is just West of Flagstaff, you can find lodging anywhere. Please reach out to Thomas or Sophia if you need assistance or have any questions.
If you have any questions regarding the wedding, please don't hesitate to reach out to Thomas or Sophia. We will happily answer any question you have!
