Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Parking is available at the venue for your convenience. If you choose to leave your vehicle overnight, please ensure it is picked up by 10 AM on Saturday, June 7th. For those who are not driving to venue: Wedding Day Transportation is being provided for guests staying at the hotels: Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Express. Shuttle to Meadowlark: 🚌 Hotel Indigo Pickup: 4:20 PM 🚌 Holiday Inn Express Pickup: 4:35 PM Guests will arrive at Meadowlark around 5:00 PM for welcome drinks. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Return Shuttle to Hotels: The shuttle will arrive at Meadowlark at 10:45 PM and depart at 11:15 PM, returning to both Hotel Indigo and the Holiday Inn Express. Please be ready a few minutes early—shuttles will leave on schedule!

Is there a dress code?

Semi - Formal / Formal Attire. Suggestions below: FOR WOMEN: - Dress: Opt for light, breathable dresses in floral or pastel shades. Knee-length or midi dresses are perfect for a summer event. - Footwear: Comfortable wedges or elegant flats are ideal. Avoid heels if possible, as they might be challenging on grassy surfaces. FOR MEN: -Suit: A light-colored suit, like beige or light grey, will keep you cool. A blazer with dress pants is also great for a polished yet relaxed look. -Footwear: Comfortable loafers or dress shoes that handle grass and uneven terrain well. -Accessories: A tie or bow tie and pocket square are optional. Feel free to add these for a formal touch if you like, but they’re not required. WEATHER CONDITIONS: -Ceremony & Cocktail Hour: Both will be held outside at the winery, so sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended during the day. -Reception: The reception will be under a tent. As temperatures can drop in the evening, a light jacket or sweater will keep you warm and comfortable. We can’t wait to celebrate with you—dressed to impress and ready for an unforgettable day!

No need to worry about parking—there will be ample parking available at the venue. Just follow the signs when you arrive, and you’ll find a spot with ease.
