They met on the third day of college. Sara and Thomas were in the same class at UOP. Thomas wanted to be in Sara's discussion group, as she was a bioengineering major (at the time). Instead of asking to join her group, he waited for their professor to put them in the same group (True story). After a brief and slightly awkward first conversation, they learned that they lived in the same building on campus. They spent a lot of time together, before Sara ultimately convinced him to ask her out. They will now be married in October, one week before their 7th anniversary.
