We are taking necessary precautions to make our wedding as safe as possible for our guests. Our wedding is happening as planned, and we look forward to celebrating with you all on November 7th! Please RSVP and book your accommodations as you normally would, but check first for a lenient cancellation policy, which most hotels and airlines are happy to provide in light of current events. Please check our website and national and local public health websites regularly for updates. Please contact us directly with any questions – our contact information is below. Thank you for your love, patience, and concern. Thomas: tohara2416@yahoo.com Sam: sjbaumann27@yahoo.com
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp. Shuttles to and from the venue will be available. Shuttle will arrive at the Oxford Suites at 2:45pm on Saturday. Shuttle departure times: 3pm, 3:15pm, & 3:30pm, Please plan to arrive early to ensure your spot and timely departure. Please note: It is our experience that Uber surcharges can get pricey in Paso during peak times tasting times on Saturdays. Shuttles are available to all wedding guests, even if you are not staying at the Oxford Suites. Shuttles will also be available for transportation from the venue back to the Oxford Suites starting at 9pm.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose! The night does tend to get a bit cold, so you might want to bring something to throw on when the sun goes down. Note: All parts of the celebration will be outside.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Shuttle transportation to and from the wedding will be provided. If you are choosing to drive yourself, there is parking available on site. Cars can be left overnight if needed and can be picked up the following day at 10am.

Question

What precautions are being taken to ensure guest safety?

Answer

We are working closely with the venue to implement safety precautions including but not limited to moving all aspects of the wedding outdoors, adding sanitizer stations throughout the venue, updating our table set ups, etc. The venue continues to evolve with new safety protocol and ideas everyday. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly with any questions!
