Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

"Creative" Black-Tie Optional: Floor length gowns, dressy cocktail, dressy separates, tuxedo or suit in color of choice with trendy or festive accessories. Please be advised for footwear choices that all wedding events will be held outside on grass.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 4 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your children, but have limited space (and intend to party!) so please make it date night!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will have valet service at the Cobau-Smith residence to handle all parked cars during the festivities.

Question

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the Cobau-Smith Residence?

Answer

Yes! We will make sure there is a shuttle from all hotels that we have blocks of rooms reserved at. We hope to have several pick up times at the start of the evening as well as several departure times at the end of the night.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting a Welcome Party the night of 10/01/2021 for anyone who is traveling during the day to relax and unwind before the big day! We are also hosting a Farewell Brunch on 10/03/2021 before everyone has to travel home. These events do not require your attendance, but are happening in case you would like to join us! Please check the "The Big Day" page for more information.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP there will be a section for you to specify any food allergies or dietary restrictions and preferences. We are currently planing already for a vegan entree.
