We have provided a room block with our preferred hotel! All information needed to book one of those rooms has been provided on the Travel & Accommodations page of our website! Also, a lot of research was done based on rates and quality of hotels in the area and this hotel by far had the best combo of both you will find. So trust us Chicagoans and book your room on the block!
No. Reason being, our hotel and venue are in downtown Chicago, and the pricing to get a shuttle service is astronomical. The venue is just over a mile from the hotel, so we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft. Since the venue is downtown, there are also a variety of other means of transportation, such as taxis and public transit. There is also a parking garage a few blocks from our venue if you'd like to drive, although we don't recommend it.
No! It will ONLY charge your card if you don't show up on the day of or have a very last minute cancellation. And even then, it's only a one night's charge. Otherwise, the hotel charges nothing to your card and you are able to check in and out for your stay with any card of your choosing!
We have decided not to have any type of formal brunch, although if you and your party or a group of people would like to put something together in the city, you're more than welcome! There are so many great restaurants to explore in the area! Check out the Things To Do section for recommendations!
