When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 15th at the latest.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 4:30 pm to give yourself enough time to park/unload from the shuttle and find your seat. We will begin promptly at 5pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear formal attire. Men in suits and women in long dresses. The ceremony will be on grass so please plan footwear accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for the number of seats we have reserved in your name. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional plus ones.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked a set of rooms at The Bluebird Sunapee and The Mountain Edge Suites. Please refer to our "travel" page for more information on how to book.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP card so that we can let our catering team know.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue, so we encourage you to take the shuttle from one of our blocked hotels if possible. Please let us know in advance if you plan on driving so that we can ensure there are enough spots.
