What's included if I'm staying at The Preserve?

Answer

EVERYTHING! Included in your stay, the Preserve at Chocorua will provide everything you'll need for the weekend from towels and toiletries to firewood and bug spray. Tom and Moriah will provide food and beverage for the weekend. You will also be steps from all of the wedding weekend festivities! We have full access of the Preserve at Chocorua from Thursday 6/11 at 10:00am through Sunday 6/14 at 3:00pm and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone we love! Please note that there are limited accommodations at the Preserve so not all guests will be able to stay on site. We will reach out directly to those invited to stay at the property for the weekend.

What should I wear?

Answer

Thursday events are all casual. Friday day events are all casual. The Friday night welcome party is "smart casual". Saturday is cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place on grass and some uneven ground, so we recommend choosing shoes that are comfortable and easy to walk in. Block heels, wedges, or flats might be preferred to a stiletto heel!

Is the Ceremony/Reception Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be held in an air-conditioned barn with the option to hang out outside on the deck or patio.

Are Uber or Lyft Available?

Answer

Due to the remote area of the wedding, Uber and Lyft are not available in the area. There will be a shuttle leaving from The Residence Inn by Marriott in North Conway at 3:30pm on Saturday! There will be multiple shuttles back during the night as well.

Is there onsite parking?

Answer

Yes, The Preserve has ample parking on site.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No! This is an unplugged ceremony and your phone needs to be silenced or off.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us! Remember to bring cash to tip our wonderful bartenders!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event on Saturday. If anyone would like help finding a local babysitter, please let us know!
