Historic Third Ward
A few blocks from the Pfister. Lots of cute shops and places to eat.
Bradford Beach
A nice public beach with nice walking trails that run along side it.
Kopp's Frozen Custard
Not in walking distance of down town, but they have the best frozen custard and burgers.
East Brady Street
Great bars and restaurants. Best at night.
Discovery World
Aquarium and science. Great for kids and next to the lake. It has great walking paths next to it.
Milwaukee Art Museum
Art museum next to the lake.
Real Chili
A Milwaukee staple. Who doesn't want a nice hot bowl of chili in August?
Lakeshore State Park
Next to Discovery World and the Summer Fest grounds. Its a nice little walk next to the water.

War Memorial Beer Garden
Located next to the Milwaukee Art Museum and on the Lakefront. A beautiful place to have a drink.
The Outsider
The best place to have a drink, other than our reception. A rooftop bar with fantastic mixed drinks.
Colectivo Coffee on the Lakefront
Great local coffee. There are many locations around the city, but the best one is on the lakefront. I suggest using the walking trail along the lakefront and go north. The coffee shop has nice outdoor seating and delicious food and drinks. I suggest drinking tons of coffee so you can dance the night away.
Milwaukee RiverWalk | East
Goes through Down Town and the Third Ward. A nice walk along the river.
Boat Tours
You have to schedule this ahead of time. It could be a fun thing to do between the ceremony and the reception.
3rd St. Market Hall
Food stations, drinks, and games.
Blu
This bar is located on the 23rd floor of the Pfister and has a great view of Lake Michigan. It serves afternoon tea, but this will require a reservation ahead of time. After that, it serves as a nice cocktail lounge.
City Tours MKE
There are multiple tours to choose from, such as iconic places in Milwaukee, dive bars, wine, and haunted history! Travel around in an open air vehicle and rest your feet for a while.
SportClub
A sports bar around the corner from the Pfister. Cheese curds are on the menu!
Oggie's Kitchen & Bar
Behind the Pfister. It has a great cocktail menu and "offers a fresh approach to cuisine with a Midwestern sensibility"

A few blocks away from the Pfister. A "cozy haunt with old-school, saloon-like decor. Serves cocktails and American comfort food"
