We haven’t created a registry. If you have a meaningful or personal gift in mind, we would cherish it, but your presence truly means the most to us!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1st. If you know in advance that you’re unable to attend, earlier notice is greatly appreciated.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we’re initially only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. However, if you have someone special you’d like to bring, please reach out to Mollie or Thomas and we’ll gladly keep them in mind as we finalize our guest count!

What should I plan to wear?

Answer

Think semi-formal, but comfortable—dresses, jumpsuits, or slacks and a blazer. Feel free to embrace the relaxed mountain setting! We’ll be both indoors and outdoors throughout the celebration, so plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving early and finding your seat by 3:45 PM.

Transportation & Parking?

Answer

The venue is not within walking distance to hotels, so plan to coordinate transportation to and from the venue. There is free parking available onsite at the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a ladies' night out with Mollie in Old Town Fort Collins on Friday, September 25 - would love to have all my amazing girlfriends join if they can! Thomas may want to do something with the guys—more details to come! We would love to try to see some of our family traveling from out of state (mostly Thomas' side) on Saturday, September 26th if folks are in town. We will coordinate something as we get closer.

Travel and Where to Stay?

Answer

The venue is located near the foothills, so there are no hotels within walking distance. Please plan to arrange transportation or drive, and ensure a safe way home at the end of the evening. There is no onsite lodging available at the venue. If you’re coming into town early and hope to spend some time with us before the wedding, Longmont, Berthoud or Loveland are great options for proximity. Otherwise, the closest hotel to the venue is in north Boulder (Hampton Inn & Suites - 5.8 miles).

Can I Bring my Dog?

Sadly, fur babies are not allowed at the venue...Otherwise Ellie, Gertrude, Castle and Malloy would be joining us as well :(
