Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure you have RSVP’d by August 26th. Anyone who hasn't RSVP'd by then will be put down as a 'no'.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. For our big day we ask you to put on your best semi-formal/cocktail attire. Dresses from the knee to shin will work perfectly, as well as a suit and tie (optional). Both venues are indoors. Please keep that in mind while traveling between the two and account for any weather that will occur.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and processional will start at 4pm. We recommend arriving to the venue about fifteen minutes before hand to get yourself a seat and get settled. With that being said, the doors to the church will open at 3:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP on the wedding website.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Lake Orion United Methodist Church. While the reception will take place at Blakes Backyard. The addresses are located on the schedule section of our website.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, immediate family and the wedding party will be escorted to take pictures. Everyone else is encouraged to head over to Blakes Backyard for cocktail hour.
