Welcome Reception

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
There will be a standing welcome reception at the Inn at Middletown (where we have a hotel block) on the evening before the wedding to casually welcome our out-of-town guests as they arrive at the hotel. Stop in at any time between 5:00pm and 7:30pm. Light hors d'oeuvres and beer and wine will be served.

Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Weather-permitting we are going to hold our ceremony outside in front of the beautiful weeping willow trees at our reception site. If we anticipate bad weather, we will hold our ceremony inside The Barns.
Reception
3:30 pm - 9:00 pm

We will have a cocktail hour following the ceremony with lawn games and lots of yummy hors d'oeuvres. The reception will follow with lots of dancing, a photo booth, drinks, buffet-style dinner, and dessert. We can't wait to dance the night away with all of you!
After Party

Because our wedding is on a Sunday, our reception has to end at 9:00pm. That doesn't mean the party has to stop! For anyone looking to keep the night going, we will reconvene at the Inn at Middletown's in-house bar/restaurant called the Tavern at the Armory. A few late-night bites will be provided.
