When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by February 29, 2024. We want have enough food, water, and sunscreen for everyone, so please let us know by February 29 if you are able to attend or not. You can RSVP on the website- only we will be able to see responses.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Summer dress casual. Dress comfortably and make sure to have your parasols, beach hats, and sunglasses ;) Shoes are optional, shirts are not

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! No need to be uncomfortable about asking for what you need. Please let me know about dietary restrictions ASAP!

Are kids welcome?

We are choosing to have an adult only event. We love all of your kiddos and we made the tough choice of asking the adults only to attend

Yes! We reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Palm Beach Jupiter 4800 Main Street Jupiter, FL 33458 561-776-2700 Ask for the Hayes-Pryor wedding! Please book by April 10 to receive the rate. You can also extend your stay :)

Are you registered? Where?

Check our Zola register out! Gifts are always appreciated however; we truly have everything we need already. We are humbly asking for experiences and a honeymoon fund for our honeymoon over gifts. We will be staying in Florida for a few days and making the drive up to Charleston, SC to spend the rest of our honeymoon making memories as newlyweds. Tommy has never been...this decision was easy peasy :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony will begin promptly at 10 a.m. Please arrive and be seated by 9:40-9:45 a.m. Water and sunscreen will be provided. Pick a seat, not a side: There are no groom or bride sides; just an aisle for us to walk down surrounded by our closest friends and family to witness the start of our next adventure

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
You bet! We have the transportation all set up: Pick up at the Courtyard (where the room block is) ---> Ceremony site ---> Reception site at Eddie and Dabney Kidd’s home---> Back to the the hotel The shuttle will make two different trips so if you aren't able to stay the whole reception, no problem! We got you covered!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are choosing to have a smaller(ish) wedding and space is limited. It is tough not extending a date to everyone and unfortunately, space is still limited.
