There is one cottage available on our Wedding Venue's site! Tanzanite Cottage Intimate 1-bedroom, 1-loft, 1-bathroom Tiny Home located by the Truckee River at River West. This modern home features an open floor plan with large windows, two queen beds, a spacious closet, and a bathroom with a tiled shower. The living area includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, indoor fireplace, smart TV, and stunning views of the Truckee River. The home has a large attached deck and private river access, situated across from the historic Elm Estate. Accommodates up to 4 guests. Note: Narrow staircase to the loft bedroom; not recommended for small children.
