Please note that the venue is not in Whistler Village, but a short drive away on Alta Lake. Transport will be provided to and from the venue, with pickup/drop off at the Whistler Conference Center located in Whistler Village at 4010 Whistler Way, Whistler, BC V8E 1J2. Shuttles will be provided, departing from Whistler Village Saturday afternoon, and then from the venue to Whistler Village or the after party in Creekside around 9:30 pm. We will arrange for taxis back to Whistler Village post after party! It is difficult to plan for weather in September as it may be warm and sunny or cold and rainy. The wedding ceremony is outside, while the reception and after party are inside. Please plan appropriately to ensure you can maintain a comfortable temperature prior to us knowing what that will be! (Historical range of 8-19C). The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, but we want you to feel comfortable above all else! Please wear something that makes you feel confident and at ease. Whether that means a beautiful dress, a nice suit, or something a bit more relaxed, we want you to enjoy the day and feel comfortable while celebrating with us!
