We are hosting our "Welcome Party" at this hotel. Please note, Book Tower is a 30 minute drive from Planterra. We will provide a shuttle service to and from the wedding. Please arrive at the main entrance of Book Tower on Washington Blvd at 3:15 pm. ** Please note, when booking a room via the link, the check-in date is automatically set to 2/14/26. If you need help with this, please text us! ** From 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on wedding day, we ask that guests staying at this hotel refrain from being in the lobby and second floor. For those seeking to stay closer to the wedding venue, the Baronette Renaissance Hotel is conveniently situated by Twelve Oaks Mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants. This hotel is a short 13 minute drive to Planterra Conservatory. There will not be a shuttle service provided for this hotel.
