What is the Dress Code?

You’ll find the dress codes for each event outlined in the Schedule section of this website. We’ve included a little guidance to help you feel comfortable, confident, and perfectly dressed for every moment. If you have any questions or would like a bit more clarity, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we’re more than happy to help!

What are the exact timings of the Wedding?

Guest arrival is by 4pm, with music being turned off at 1am.

What time will I finish at golf?

11am latest (factoring in a beer or two).

Transportation and buses home from the wedding?
Answer
We will create a WhatsApp group all members on each bus so that you can keep up to date with communication, timings and pick up/drop off order.

Are there any rules about posting on Social Media?

We want you to enjoy every moment of the day and feel free to capture and share it! There’s no social media ban - please post pictures, videos, and stories in real time. We can’t wait to see the wedding through your eyes and relive the celebration from all your amazing perspectives. So snap away and please remember to tag us!

Will there be food & drinks on the Sunday?
Answer
Yes, we are bringing Australia to Italy and having an a BBQ, food will be cooked around 130pm. Beer, Wine and Aperol will also be included.

Will there be transportation on Friday "The welcome evening"?

Unfortunately not. Car pooling advised, there will be parking available at the property.

Children?
Answer
We’re so happy to have little ones join us for the ceremony and celebrations. Children will have a special, dedicated spot at the dinner table alongside the adults, so everyone can share in the joy together. During the ceremony, we kindly ask that all children be as quiet and respectful as possible to help create the perfect atmosphere. After the ceremony, however, the fun is fully encouraged - feel free to scream, shout, dance, and celebrate to your heart’s content! If any parents would like the contact details of a trusted babysitter for later in the evening, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we’d be happy to connect you.

Dietary Requirements?

Earlier this year, we asked for any dietary requirements, and we’ve since passed this information along to our catering team. We’re hopeful everything has been captured correctly. However, if you’re at all unsure whether your needs were included, or if anything has changed, please don’t hesitate to get in touch - we’ll be more than happy to double-check and update accordingly.

Hopefully you will have your accomodation sorted at this stage, but if you still need help - our Wedding Venue provided us with an extensive list of accomodation options that are within a 15 minute radius of Chiesa del Carmine. Please let us know if you would like access to this document and we can share it with you directly.
