Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! There will be activity’s and games around for the kids to enjoy! Please include who is all part of your party when you RSVP !

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be one shuttle busses from both the hotels before the wedding, loading at 3:30 and leaving at 3:45 Then two after at 9:15 load, 9:30 departure, then 10:45 load , 11:15 departure to bring back to the hotel! Bus holds 50! If you drive to the wedding, you can leave your car over night but must be picked up by 10 am the next morning!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:00 no earlier!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP when you receive the card or at least 2 months prior.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a grass area past the first two houses at the venue. Signs and ushers will be there to help guide you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Doing buffet style tacos, will have accommodations for allergies. If you’d still like to let us know please text or call 952-300-7243

Upscale casual please! And please plan accordingly day of with any weather issues. (BYOU - bring your own umbrella ;) )

What if I don’t like to dance?

Although dancing at the wedding will be so fun!! We will also have other activities around. Including options for kids!

What’s the bus schedule?

Answer

Busses at each hotel arrive at 3:30 for pick up. Depart at 3:45 to head to the wedding. Arrive at venue at 4:00. End of night pick up times, 9:15, 9:45, last bus at 10:45! 50 people per bus, no smoking no vaping, drinks allowed at the end of the night. Cannot bring alcohol into the venue.
