When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 5, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the location by 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests dress in formal/elevated cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, gowns, and suits and blazers are welcome.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is located on site and just a short walk from the ceremony space.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are several hotels in Barrie that are a short drive from the venue if you are looking for a place to stay. Please visit the accommodations tab for more information.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in the beautiful wood pavillion. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors just steps away. Please prepare for hot weather. Reception will indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Uber is available at the venue location. If you plan to enjoy a few drinks with us as we celebrate, we kindly encourage taking an Uber to and from the venue.
