Gorgeous chasm views with river rafting, tube tours, and walking trails through the chasm it is a must visit attraction in our area.
Bluff Point Golf Resort
America's third oldest golf resort, this historic property where U.S. Presidents, baseball great Babe Ruth, and business tycoons like the Astors and Vanderbilts vacationed. Bluff is a beautiful 18 hole course with hundred year old trees and views of Lake Champlain (and our wedding venue!) making a great stop for golfers visiting for the wedding.

Valcour Brewing Company
Valcour is a great local brewery and restaurant located in the historic stone barracks close to the venue and our home. Valcour Brewery serves excellent options from a crisp Blueberry Lager to rich IPAs like Magnetic North.
Lake Placid
Lake Placid, situated on beautiful Mirror Lake in the Adirondack mountains, was the home of the historic 1980 Olympics. Lake Placid is a beautiful town featuring local breweries like Big Slide and Lake Placid Pub & Brewery, great restaurants like Smoke Signals, Generations and The Cottage. Lake Placid not only boasts great history and beautiful views, but lots of local shops and nature trails. On your way to Lake Placid, stop to visit High Falls Gorge or drive up Whiteface's Veterans Memorial Highway. Just about an hour drive from Plattsburgh, it is well worth the visit!
