Hey guys! It’s Gail. I’m sure most of y’all know how we met, but for those that don’t, we met on CatholicMatch! I got CM at SLS (FOCUS Catholic conference) in Phoenix, AZ on New Years Eve in 2020. Thomas went to mass & noticed on the back of the bulletin that CM was a sponsor. He got it around the same time! January 6th, 2020 I was bored one night & was swiping away on the app. I came across Thomas’ senior football picture & was like “ooofff he’s good looking!!” I chatted him “hey!! :)” He replied fairly quick. The first thing I asked was when he’s turning 22. I thought being 22 months older was a big deal. I didn’t care to continue our short conversation that night. The next morning, Thomas texted me. I was at the gym & was thinking, “oh man, I didn’t plan on talking to this young guy”😂 I got to know him FAST in over 5 days. We talked on the phone for a few hours every night till 2-3AM. Thomas drove out to Mankato, MN on the 6th day of talking & we finally met!! We went to mass, ate at Red Lobster for dinner, & went downtown so he could meet my friends! January 12, 2020 The next day, we were FaceTiming & Thomas wanted me to have dinner with his family sometime. I said, “Why would I meet your family if we’re not dating?” He goes, “idk. When do you wanna date?” I go, “idk. When do you?” Thomas said, “right now?” So yes, Thomas asked me to be his girlfriend over FaceTime🤣 We can't wait to start our life together!

That's right! We are heading to Orlando at 5am the day after our wedding! We are staying at The Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando & will explore all the parks for the week. Then we’re renting a car & staying in Cocoa Beach for a few days! Gail's most excited to spend an entire day at Harry Potter world using her interactive wand she didn't get to use from 2 summers ago when they went to Universal. Thomas is most excited to ride the thriller roller coasters & relax at the resort.
