During the 2020 pandemic, Thomas and I met on a dating app called Bumble. We matched on July 4th, 2020, and I remember that as the year I didn't care much about the fireworks because I wanted to know more about him. He won me over with his sense of humor and his charm. We continued talking in the app until August 2nd, 2020 when we had our first date. Granted, COVID was still in effect so there weren't a lot of "Date Night" options but we went on a nice shopping date in Sherman, TX and went out for dinner. He came in with a bouquet of my favorite flowers, Sunflowers and Roses. Our first date was the most magical moment of my life. At the end of the night, we became exclusive and have been inseparable ever since. We got engaged while visiting his family in Vietnam in July of 2023 and have now recently moved in together in our first apartment in October of 2024.
