What time will doors open for reception?

Answer

The doors at Hickory Wood Events will open for guests at 5pm. The bridal party will be there shortly after photos.

Cash bar or open bar?

Answer

We will gladly provide all soda, water and tea. Guests will have an open bar 5-6, as we finish up photos & as a thank you for celebrating with us! Please bring tips for the lovely staff!

I’m family, do I need to stick around for photos?

Answer

Yes! If you are parents of the bride/groom, immediate aunt, uncle cousin or sibling, please stick around for a quick photo after the ceremony.

What kind of food is being served?

Answer

We are having a barbecue style buffet. Pork, chicken and all the sides! Please note on your rsvp or call Emily/Tommy right away if you have any special dietary needs. We are happy to have a special plate for you.

Where should we stay?

Answer

For our traveling guests, we have listed nearby hotels on the “travel” page. We did not block rooms, so please plan accordingly. Towns nearby are Janesville, Beloit and Delavan.
