How should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 3rd, 2026 so we can plan accordingly!
Question
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a hotel block available at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites located right next to our venue (see the "Travel" tab for more info), but there are also several hotels located in Effingham, IL--a 15 minute drive from the venue!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to space considerations, we can only accommodate guests listed under your RSVP. Plus-ones, as well as additional invited members of your family (i.e. children), are listed under your name. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know!

Are children welcome?
Answer
Of course! Children are welcome, and any children invited are listed under your family's name when you RSVP. Please just be sure to indicate who will be attending so we can provide our vendors with an accurate number!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal—think polished but comfortable. Suits or dress shirts with slacks for the guys, and cocktail or dressy attire for the ladies. We would love our friends and family to dress up with us. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes early to allow time for seating and to get settled.

What type of food will be served at the reception?
Answer
Niemerg's out of Effingham will be catering our reception meal! Fried chicken, ham, mashed potatoes, corn, noodles, green beans, and more! We will also have dessert (including an ice cream cart!) to enjoy after the meal.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yep! The "Registry" tab has links to all of the items we've registered for and will take you straight to the website to purchase/contribute to them! You can also view the separate registries by searching for our names on the Amazon, Target, and Crate & Barrel websites. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and we can help!
