Wedding Ceremony

Garden Party Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.
A traditional wedding ceremony at the church in the afternoon. We know not everyone will be able to join us for the ceremony so we will add an RSVP for the wedding/welcome party separately from the reception.
Open House at the "Tree House"

For everyone able to attend the wedding, let's raise a glass and kick off the weekend with some food and music! Don't be afraid to go back and change after the wedding. This gathering will be "Open House" Style, so feel free to come and go at your leisure. The wedding party will be there the whole time and there are no scheduled formalities Friday night. Just an opportunity for us to hug and kiss those who have come into town. The Tree House at Raffurty's is a great venue only a half-mile (11 minute walk) from the church. There is ample parking in the garage behind the building as well. We will have heavy hors d'oeuvres and cash bar and we hope to schedule live music for the party! We will ask that you RSVP to this event separately from the reception and will confirm all those details once invitations go out in late '22.

Arrive at 6:00 pm to walk through one of the art galleries and enjoy live music and cocktails before dinner and dancing begin! If you've never been to the Ringling, you are in for a serious treat. This museum is legit, complete with the largest collection of Rubens in the United States. The museum is grand and all wings open onto the gorgeous Courtyard. Wedding guests have access to the museum until 8:00 pm. Stroll at your leisure and then join everyone in the Courtyard for the big bash. https://www.ringling.org/
