Matron of Honor
Etana and I technically met the day I was born, because she’s my amazing big sister. Growing up, I was the classic little sister who wanted to do everything just like her. She’s always been someone I could look up to, and she has a way of making life feel a little easier by showing the way and guiding us through it. I couldn’t imagine standing at the altar without her.
Bridesmaid
Erica and I met when I was one year old, because we’re cousins—but she’s always felt more like a built-in best friend. Growing up, some of my favorite memories were when she would come visit from Michigan and we’d have the best sleepovers. She’s been there for me through every stage of life. Having her with me on this day means so much.
Bridesmaid
Anaja and I became best friends in fourth grade, and all these years later we still laugh the same and love the same. Some of my favorite memories with her go all the way back to childhood, where we spent so much time dreaming about our futures and what our lives would look like. Through every stage of life, we’ve always truly rooted for each other. I’m so grateful our friendship has grown with us.
Bridesmaid
Alisa and I met during my freshman year of high school, and we became soul sisters almost immediately. We always joke that we basically grew into “grown women” together, figuring out life side by side through every stage. One of the things I admire most about Alisa is how she truly embodies growth and becoming the best version of yourself. She constantly inspires me to keep evolving and going after what I want.
Bridesmaid
Megan and I met during my freshman year of college when we were randomly assigned as roommates—but I’m starting to think that wasn’t random at all. Some of my favorite memories with Megan come from those college years when we were learning how to live on our own and become real adults while still being the biggest kids at heart. We’re always laughing, joking around, and cheering each other on to see who can be the silliest. Life is always more fun with Megan around.
Bridesmaid
Erin and I met during our freshman year of college and later became roommates my sophomore year. She is one of the realest people I know, and we became close almost immediately after meeting. Some of my favorite memories with Erin involve going on adventures, getting out into the world, and being completely unapologetically ourselves. I’m so lucky to have a friend who truly gets me.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea and I met in 2021, and I remember being so nervous to meet Tom’s family. Chelsea is my future sister-in-law, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better new sister. Some of my favorite memories with Chelsea include our double dates with the Wilk brothers, laughing by the pool on hot summer days, and spending the holidays together. I’m so grateful that life brought us into the same family.
Bridesmaid
Aeleah and I met in 2021, and I was immediately relieved to learn that Tom’s best friends had the best wives. Aeleah and I quickly became best friends, and some of my favorite memories with her include going to any concert we can find and dancing all night long. She’s always encouraged me to go back to school, keep striving, and step fully into becoming a boss. Aeleah truly makes my wedding party complete.
Best Man
Chuck is my brother and best man—someone I’ve known my entire life. We grew up doing everything together, from sports to video games, and he’s been right there through every stage of life. Chuck is competitive, loyal, and always someone I can count on. Following in his footsteps, I learned what to avoid when he said something sucked… and what was actually worth it—like marriage.
Groomsman
Kevin and I have been close since grade school, and he’s truly one of the kindest people I know. Some of my favorite memories with him are from growing up—playing video games for hours and making CDs like we thought we were running the music industry. He’s always been genuine, kind hearted, and a great friend. Kevin still talks about those playlists like they were legendary… and honestly, I’ll let him have that.
Groomsman
Jack is my younger cousin, and I’ve known him since he was about 10. It’s been great watching him grow into the person he is today—funny, easygoing, and someone I’m really proud of. We always have such a great time together during family holidays. It’s a big year for both of us since he’s getting married right after me. I’ll try to set a good example for him… but no promises.
Groomsman
Marty is one of my best friends and the guy who will be marrying us, which feels like a big responsibility considering I’ve known him since middle school. We played baseball together, and now we golf—a lot—which mostly consists of him being better than me and making sure I’m aware of it. Marty is one of the most interesting and savvy people I know, and also one of the biggest characters. If he’s not on a long walk with his dog, he’s probably figuring out something the rest of us haven’t even thought of yet… and then casually pretending it was no big deal.
Groomsman
Tristan is one of my closest friends and someone I’ve been through a lot with over the years. We’ve known each other since elementary school, but really became tight right after high school. Family is everything to him, and getting to know them has been one of the greatest joys—they’ve truly become some of my favorite people. He’s incredibly smart, a genuinely great guy, and someone I’m lucky to have in my life. And while Tristan might be one of the smartest people I know, I’m still waiting for him to explain some of the decisions we made in our early 20s.
Groomsman
Kyle is someone I met in Chicago at the gym I was working at, and we quickly became great friends—along with his whole crew. He’s a military guy, a great friend, and an even better family man. We golf together, throw darts, and compete in just about everything… and Kyle approaches all of it like it’s a mission. He’s one of the most dependable guys I know, but if you ever want to see him lose his composure, just beat him in darts once—he’ll be thinking about it for the next week.
Groomsman
Zeke is Eliana’s brother, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know him over time. He’s one of the kindest people you’ll meet, super creative, and talented in just about everything—music, drawing, and honestly probably voice acting if he wanted to. He’s got a great sense of humor and is always fun to be around. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better family to be marrying into. My favorite memory with Zeke was on our trip to Hawaii, where we went on an “adventurous” hike that felt more like we were on our way to drop the ring off in Mordor.
Groomsman
Zeb is Eliana’s youngest brother, and he’s someone I’ve really come to respect. You can really tell he comes from an amazing family. He’s a hard worker, creative, and always busy—whether it’s gaming or making beats. He’s got great energy and drive, and it’s been awesome getting to know him. I’ve learned pretty quickly though… whatever he’s into, I’m already a few steps behind.
