Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before OCTOBER 5th. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Make it a date night!! We are very sorry, but we are unable to extend the invitation to children. Due to capacity limits at our venue, the ONLY children at our wedding reception will be those children in the wedding and the children of the adults in the wedding as well as children in our immediate family. However ALL Children are welcome to attend the church ceremony. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the website when you scan your RSVP.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal/cocktail attire or dressy casual. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or button-down.

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at two different locations. St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, located at 11545 E. 40th Street in Yuma Az. 85365 will host the ceremony. It is scheduled to begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. The reception will be at Villa De La Meza Wedding Venue, 2613 E County 16th St., Yuma, AZ 85365, will be open at 6:30 p.m. Dinner to be from 7 to 8pm dance to follow.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are free to go to the wedding location after the ceremony. Kindly make haste to the Villa De La Meza wedding site as soon as the ceremony concludes, as it is around 15 miles away. Find a seat and enjoy a drink at our open bar as the reception venue opens at 6:30 p.m. At 7 p.m., dinner will be served.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors at a church. The reception will be taking place outdoors. We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The weather will be cool in the evening so a jacket or coverup is recommended.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

On November 9, the temperature in Yuma typically ranges from 58°F to 79°F and is rarely below 52°F or above 88°F. So taking a sweater or light jacket would be recommended as the reception will be outdoors. Heaters will be available as needed.

Question
