All Because Two People Swiped Right...
Thomas and Cheyanne first connected on Facebook on March 6, 2023, sharing a flood of dad jokes and puns that set the tone for their budding friendship. Ten days later, they decided to meet at Starbucks to ensure they weren’t being catfished. Cheyanne worried that Thomas might ditch her when he left “forgetting his wallet in the car,” but he ultimately returned, and the two ended up talking for hours. Shortly after their first meeting, Cheyanne flew to New York for surgery, where they continued to communicate extensively, deepening their feelings for one another. When she returned, Thomas asked her out on a proper date to a Lightning hockey game. While the date went well, Thomas inexplicably failed to kiss Cheyanne that night. A couple of months later, Thomas met Cheyanne's son, Ezra, and a special bond began to grow between them. Now, both Thomas and Cheyanne agree that they are the best things they found on the internet, and the rest is history!
