We're Getting Married!

Tom and Amy met the night before Thanksgiving in 2014 at R.P. McMurphy's Pub. Much to Amy's surprise, Tom still wanted to hang out with her the next few months thereafter. After a first sushi date and a dart from Tom's car when he dropped Amy off... She knew he was the one. Amy and Tom love to travel and took their first vacation that next year to France and Switzerland. Since that trip they knew they could do anything together. From skiing out in Colorado to hiking through Cinque Terre, they love going on adventures, and eating all the food along the way.

December 30th was a brisk Saturday morning, and Tom decided to take Amy to get a coffee from Landlocked Social house, a cafe in Walnut Hills. Luckily, they were carrying her favorite donuts: Gadabout Doughnuts, ensuring Amy would not be hangry for the next hour. After breakfast, they decided to stop on their favorite street and take a walk, because why not in 30 degree weather? After making a loop staring at their dream homes, Tom wanted to take a detour to go through Annwood Park, a place they always knew would be their "spot". At the bottom of the park there is a waterfall, and that's where Tom popped the question, dogs barking in the background and all. After Amy's many "Thank You's" for the wonderful ring and an obvious "Yes", she broke the news to their families. Naturally, they went to the Xavier Basketball game that afternoon, and celebrated with all of their friends and family that evening.
