Question
How do I get to the Ceremony and Reception Venue?
Answer
We will have transportation leaving from Outbound and Cady Hill to take guests from their hotel to the mountain before the ceremony. The buses will arrive at the hotels at 4 PM. Please be ready to get on the bus at this time. If you miss the 4 pm bus, there will be limited space on the second bus trip, but there will be another bus at 4:30 pm. Please be ready by 4 pm. Transportation will be arranged to bring all guests back to Outbound or Cady Hill after the reception is over. If you are planning to leave the reception earlier than 11 pm, the buses will remain located in the parking lot to take guests back to either Cady Hill or Outbound at any time during the night. Parking is available at the Venue on a first-come, first-served basis.

What should I expect at the welcome party?
Answer
Let's kick off a weekend of Celebration hosted by Tom Sr. and Kim Wendt. The Outbound hotel has a lovely pool/bar area. Come mingle with all of the wedding guests and enjoy a pig roast, assorted foods, drinks, and the famous Vermont Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Bring a bathing suit and jump in the pool or enjoy the hot tub this Labor Day weekend!

What should I wear?
Answer
Welcome party: Casual attire (Women: sundresses, Men: shorts and collared shirts). Bring a bathing suit if you would llike to jump in the pool/ hot tub. There are changing rooms and pool towels available. Ceremony/ Reception: The attire is formal/black tie optional! Dress your best and get ready to party! Sunday Brunch: Casual (Women: sundresses, Men: shorts and collared shirts). Brunch will be outside and on the grass; please dress accordingly! Flats, or platform shoes are recommended.

What should I expect at Sunday brunch?
Answer
After you check out of your hotel, come to Mitch and Renee's home to enjoy Brunch on the back lawn. An assortment of breakfast and lunch items, along with brunch cocktails, will be available for your enjoyment before heading out of town.

We have decided to keep our wedding events adults-only and appreciate your understanding! If you have questions pertaining to your particular situation, please reach out to Alice or Thomas, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your family!

Where should we stay during the weekend?
Answer
We have a room block at the Outbound Hotel and Cady Hill in Stowe and a courtesy rate for the Lodge at Spruce Peak for those wishing to stay closer to the ceremony location. We recommend staying at Outbound as this is where the welcome party will be, and the afterparty is just a quick walk from the hotel! Please see the Travel page for direct links to the booking pages. Update 6/30: Available rooms at Outbound are limited! Please book your room if you haven't already. If rooms fill up, we have another room block down the street at Cady Hill. Please book your rooms soon!
