Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is a garage across from the venue, but the access to it is street side and not the entry that's across the from the venue. That entry is for employees only.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/church attire or business casual.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, but the hotels we have recommended are a very close walk from the venue.
