Katie Wismer is Alex’s sister and more recently— friend. Growing up with Alex has given Katie years of research to work off of and she will use it to be the best co maid of honor that she possibly can be. At the wedding, Katie will be Alex’s right hand (wo)man and be whatever she needs her to be (assuming this will be an alcohol related position) and to cry during the whole thing! In between weekends Katie works at CoxReps (a division of Cox Media Group) as a TV Research Analyst in Manhattan. It’s sounds fancier than it is but she has a nice view from her cubicle. Katie graduated with no honors from Penn State University in 2016.
Andy McCullough
Best Man
Andy is Tom’s brother. This is his primary qualification for being best man, as most of his other skills are useless. He works for a newspaper in Los Angeles and writes about sports. He is thrilled to get to celebrate Tom and Alex’s special day.
Jasmine Bedoya
Maid of Honor
Jasmine has been Alex’s best friend since meeting each other at recess in 2nd grade. 18 years later, they’re more like family than friends. Family trips to the beach, crying tears of joy and of heartbreak, and their shared love of Harry Potter has sealed their friendship for life. Jasmine is her biggest cheerleader and as co-maid of honor, has a job of handling any problem that may arise. Also, she is a sucker for romance and is thrilled that her best friend is marrying Tom (whom she loves!) Her other job is as a special education teacher to students with varying disabilities. She loves working with kids and is also getting her Master’s in special education.

Dave is one of the few original gamers left in the world. He is not like one of these Fortnite posers. Many old time gamers have gone on to do great things with their lives but have moved on from gaming. Not Dave. He is still a true gamer and one of few left in this world. On a side note, the key to his heart is through cheesesteaks...
Ashley Jacobs
Bridesmaid
Ashley is Alex’s oldest cousin and more importantly a close friend. Growing up together Ashley and Alex played countless games of “Do what I say because I’m your big cousin” and “Go get me that because I’m the oldest”. Ashley and Alex have continued to grow and now play games like “Who’s pasta sauce is better?” (MINE!) and “First one to finish the wine wins!” Ashley’s job at the wedding will be of course to keep Alex calm (by slipping her Chardonnays) and help keep her laughing as always! Ashley’s other job is working as a Licensed Professional Counselor with youth and young adults on the Autism Spectrum in a residential home in New Jersey. Ashley is overjoyed for Alex and Tom and can’t wait to support them on their special day and throughout their journey together as husband and wife.
Mike Milewski
Groomsman
Mike Milewski has been close friends with Tom since they were roommates and rugby teammates together freshman year at Shippensburg University. In fact, Tom would often serenade Mike with his singing and acoustic guitar playing in their dorm room. Mike will be resuming his normal role when all of the rugby boys are together (dad/angry old man) making sure that the groom and groomsmen all make it through the ceremony. Mike graduated from Widener University, Delaware Law School in May 2018 (just what the world needs another lawyer). He currently works as an attorney at a law firm in Center City Philadelphia, having recently passed the Pennsylvania Bar exam. Mike will no doubt be in debt for the rest of his life as he tries to pay off his law school student loans.
Sara Stenderowicz

Sara is one of Alex’s college roommates, and a fellow lover of all things Byzantine Empire. After meeting at Penn State, Sara and Alex bonded over their mutual love of hanging out with friends, pierogi nights at the dining hall, making bets about working out (but not actually working out), and making fun of fellow bridesmaid Connor. Living with Connor (her favorite roommate) and Sara for just one year has helped Alex develop the patience, kindness, and tolerance that will no doubt ensure a long and happy marriage. During the week, Sara works for L’oreal as a Financial Analyst, which is why she definitely knows the difference between lip gloss and eyeshadow...most of the time. Sara graduated from Penn State in 2015 thanks to Alex’s dedication in carrying her through one history class.
Dan McGuire

Dan first met Tom when joining the rugby team at SHIP. As a lower classman, he followed in Tom’s footsteps, succeeding him as a hooker (don’t worry it’s a position in rugby) + as president of the rugby club. Post-grad, Dan + Tom were roommates for a year, undoubtedly the year Dan laughed the most in his life. Their friendship truly blossomed during that time as they began their professional careers, crushed all the food, binge-watched TV shows, + Tom gave daily history lessons. The greatest gift Tom ever gave Dan was making him a little weird. For that Dan will always thank Tom. Since living together in central PA, they remain great friends thru the BIRDS + craps tables. When Dan isn’t reliving the glory days w/ Tommy, he lives in Norristown + is a Supply Chain Manager for Dorman Products.
Connor Walker

Connor is one of Alex's first college friends and former roommate. The two met on day one at Penn State, and despite Connor needing to add "(girl)" to Alex's name in her phone, the two became besties almost immediately. Alex and Connor experienced all the college firsts together, including their first football game in the student section, first Are U Hungry sandwich, and first off-campus apartment to name a few. Through all their adventures, Alex was Connor's partner in crime for fun and games, or serious chit chats. To this day, Connor cannot put a sandwich down until she is done eating it due to Alex's influence. Since graduating from Penn State University in 2015, Connor has been working for a public accounting firm in the DC metro area.
Kyle Perkins

Kyle + Tom were destined to become bffs. Growing up a few miles from each other, they rep the world’s #1 county, MONTCO! For Kyle, college (Ship) wouldn't have been the same w/o Tom. Whether playing rugby, rocking ridiculous costumes, keg racing, or spending whole days in the library only for Tom to ask, “whoa, when did you get here?” it was always good times. Thru these adventures + more, they've become family. Tom will officiate Kyle's wedding later this fall. Dance flꚙr PSA: Kyle is known to animorph into a lizard + may slither around out there. He tꚙk Tom's advice to continue his education + go to grad schꚙl. Unlike Tom, who never seems to be done taking classes, Kyle graduated from PSU with only 1 master's degree. He lives in Baltimore + works for a cyber-security consulting company.
Sarah Atwood

Sarah Atwood is Alex's Salt Mate, because they are forever bound together by shared annoyances. Her job at the wedding is to take the pressure off and help Alex relax. Sarah recently earned her Master of Contemporary Arts at Sotheby's Institute of Art in Manhattan and currently serves as Associate Archivist for the Klionsky Collection.

I have known Tom since freshman year. It began when we made the decision to play rugby. I was lucky to have him by my side as we battled through our rookie season. Midnight runs through the snow, playing history, and enjoying goldfish bonded our friendship forever. After graduation, our friendship continued to grow and mature. I don’t know if it was the parlay Saturdays or his history lessons, but our shared love for the Philadelphia Eagles solidified everything. I will accept my role at their wedding by making daily spreads, like the o/u of Tom sharing historical facts of the reception hall, or when Lyle will turn into a lizard. For myself, I graduated Ship with a marketing degree. My wife, Lisa and I, live in Phoenixville with our pup Luna. I am an amateur gambler, kind of.

My name is Sarah and I have known Alex since we were practically babies! I went to Penn State and now I work at a digital marketing agency in Harrisburg, PA. Even though I went to one of the biggest party schools in the country, I spent the majority of my time hanging out with my friends at our apartment eating ice cream and binge watching movies or whatever new TV show we were into at the time. I am a big fan of the TV shows Friends, The Office, and Parks and Rec and tend to make references to them in every day conversation. I am also slightly obsessed with Marvel movies - it’s a great time to be a nerd! Anyway, last year I was a bridesmaid at my brothers wedding and I loved every minute of it! I am so excited that I get to be a part of Alex and Tom’s wedding day too! I can’t wait!
