What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, so please arrive early to find parking and a seat. You will be able to be at the venue stating at 3:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in formal attire. Think dresses, suits, and in pastel colors. Though Tucson weather is often beautiful in the winter, please bring a light jacket for layering after the sun goes down.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to extend the party, we have limited space for plus-ones. Any guests will be listed on your RSVP.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking for an unplugged ceremony, as we want to be as present with our guests as possible with limited distractions. But we cannot wait to see your photos and videos of the reception!

Is there parking nearby?

Answer

There is a designated parking lot at the venue, and golf carts to shuttle up the hill as needed.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a limited amount of provided alcohol, including wine, beer, and a champagne toast. Non-alcoholic drinks such as sodas, juices, and tea will also be provided.

Please note on your RSVP, and we will try to accommodate as necessary.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Though the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, while the reception will be predominantly inside.
