WHEN TO FLY IN/OUT: Friends (staying the entire weekend) should plan to arrive no earlier than 5pm Friday 09/04 and to leave no later than 10am Tuesday 09/08. (**ideal travel times have been texted to you separately) Family (attending Saturday events) should plan to arrive to the area Friday evening and depart Sunday. TRANSPORTATION: We will not be providing transportation to/from the airports. There is parking available at the lodge. Please try to coordinate flights with others to help share rental car costs to/from airports. Thank you. LODGING: Friends will be staying at the main house, where the ceremony will be held.
