IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFO: All guests please arrive at the venue between 3:30-3:45pm to park your car and take on-site shuttle to ceremony. Onsite ceremony shuttles run 3:30-3:55pm. Shuttles do not run once ceremony starts. Unfortunately you are not able to walk to the ceremony location. If you miss the last shuttle at 3:55pm, you will be shuttled up after ceremony is over around 4:30pm to join us at cocktail hour. Formal attire is requested ( e.g., jacket and tie or floor-length dress). Please note that this is a primarily outdoor event and a progressive wedding where we will be walking to multiple locations throughout the evening. Make sure you wear appropriate shoes for walking, dancing, and navigating outdoor surfaces. Please check the weather for Cool, CA to make sure you have appropriate layers for the weather into the evening for your comfort.
